Transport Management Support 

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or other relevant majors from reputable universities (minimum GPA 3.50)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain (minimum 1–2 years) is a plus.

Comfortable and willing to conduct frequent outbound calls and routine follow ups with transporters.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport with external partners.

Detail oriented and able to monitor multiple transporter flows simultaneously.

Responsive, proactive, and solution oriented in handling operational issues.

Assist with registration (PKS, Transporters (TS) profile, lead pipeline, pricing, app installation etc.) and continuously maintain data quality
